EATING GREEN VEGETABLES IF YOU DON’T.
Green vegetables brings
a lot of benefits to our health as we
same of us knows but others doesn’t know thus they neglects eating green
vegetable with an illiterate believe that green vegetables are for animals such
as cow ,goats and other. A good piece of advice is this” it’s good to try and be a vegetarian “and start making it a habit
of eating at least one portion of green vegetables a day and you will soon
notice the positive effects vegetable is doing to your health
In our store we have
put up an addition to the variety of green vegetables that you will access at
our store easily. We have the Broccoli, Okra (Bamia) in Swahili we call them
that and it the most healthy food on the planet used by Indian, African and
Caribbean and mostly delicious when roasted and am the best fun of it since it
can be used in so many ways such as can be used as food or as medicine if you
have legs problems like experiencing pain on your legs. And also lowers blood
sugar and fat level. We have brought to you green beans which are delicious and
nutritious; we sell them canned, frozen and fresh. And lastly we have brought
to you the bell peppers (pilipili hoho).in Swahili we
call them that we have brought them to you in variety of colors since commonly
used in our society are the green bell peppers.
